Welcome to NYUROBOTICS.COM. Dr. Stifelman has launched this website in an effort to educate patients in the innovative da Vinci Surgical System (robotic surgery) and describe how it is being used to aid in complex minimally-invasive urologic procedures. Besides robotic procedures Dr. Stifelman has also provided information on laparoscopic procedures and endoscopic procedures he performs. Finally, surgical patients can find pre-operative and post-operative information to help them prepare for surgery and aid in their recovery afterwards.

He has been a visiting surgeon as far away as Italy and Singapore introducing advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques to academic urologists. He has written book chapters on advanced laparoscopic and robotic procedures and has authored or co-authored over 50 scientific articles and abstracts on laparoscopic and robotic surgery.
